The sea view rooms, though small, provide a nice view of the water if you stretch a bit, with a bit of that scenic paradise vibe. The pool area is laid back and suitable for relaxation while catching some sun after grabbing a bite at the beachside restaurant.
The air conditioning in the room had a persistent, distracting noise and struggled to keep the room cool, not ideal when you're hoping to escape the heat. Transport arrangements through the hotel turned into a hassle, with a chaotic pick-up experience leading to excessive costs and multiple transfers. You'd think for the premium rate of 3500 baht per night, you'd get some basic comforts, but the small bathroom and uncleaned seafood definitely let the place down. The overall vibe felt off for what you pay, and it's not exactly a stellar experience.

The beach access was excellent for snorkeling, but the room needed serious cleaning and maintenance. Not worth the price.

The location of the beach and the daily cleaning of the room. The friendly staff.
The condition of the building fabric e.g. the pool should be maintained.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beach at the hotel is beautiful, unfortunately at this time of the year there are many jellyfish. The hotel is very rustic, everything is made of wood.
Right next door is a beach restaurant/bar/club with loud live music every day until late at night! Sleep was only to be thought of after moving to other rooms, which are not within reach of the outbuilding.

Both lovable and frustrating
The location is fantastic! Just 10 meters away from the water. Service was superb, with amazing food at the Mac restaurant and really kind staff that was just like family.
Though the air conditioning struggled to cool our large room. A noisy ventilation pipe made relaxing outside difficult, and wifi was spotty at best in the rooms.

The hotel is well located if you can stand a little hustle and bustle and are not looking for the loneliness at White Sand Beach. Unfortunately, it is so that the German property in the early morning to occupy the couches there fully to the train comes. So get up early if you want to have sunbeds. Dinner at the hotel is recommended.
Unfortunately, my parents (about 80) had a bathtub, which was not really easy to get into and showers were only possible while sitting.

I almost considered giving a good review, but the lack of a decent shower in my beautiful room was shocking. The aircon couldn't cool down the room properly. I expected some kind of welcome gift for the price paid but recieving nothing was quite the icing on the cake of disappointment.

Restaurant staff was very courteous
A whole day without electricity. Therefore no air conditioning. A whole night without electricity. No light and no air conditioning . The building site directly in front of the room in the corridor. The room was very small. Shower and WC were directly next to each other.
